The Wheel of Time (2021) is a high-fantasy television series developed by Rafe Judkins, based on the book series of the same name by Robert Jordan. The series is produced by Amazon Studios and stars Rosamund Pike, Daniel Henney, Zoë Robins, Madeleine Madden, Josha Stradowski, Marcus Rutherford, and Barney Harris.

The story is set in a sprawling, epic world where magic exists, but only certain women are allowed to wield it. The narrative follows Moiraine Damodred (Rosamund Pike), a member of the Aes Sedai, a powerful organization of women who can channel the One Power. Moiraine embarks on a dangerous journey to find and guide the Dragon Reborn, a prophesied individual who has the power to either save the world or destroy it.

Moiraine’s quest leads her to a small village called Emond’s Field, where she encounters five young villagers: Rand al’Thor (Josha Stradowski), Egwene al’Vere (Madeleine Madden), Perrin Aybara (Marcus Rutherford), Mat Cauthon (Barney Harris), and Nynaeve al’Meara (Zoë Robins). Believing that one of them might be the Dragon Reborn, she takes them on a journey across the continent to confront the Dark One, a malevolent force seeking to plunge the world into chaos.
